1. Description of the initiative and information to the Consumer

1.1. The initiative is a mail order dedicated to the e-shop Molino Teeth customers.
1.2. The offer and sale of products through the shop.molinodenti.it site are governed by these Terms of Sale
1.3.Conditions of Sale are made in accordance with the regulations on contracts concluded away from business premises and in particular by the provisions of Legislative Decree of 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code).


2. Contract parties

2.1.  The contracting parties are identified as:

• Customer: the person (natural person or other legal entity who acts for purposes not related to his activities) that identified through http://shop.molinodenti.it site concluded that an order has been accepted by Molino Teeth


3. Acceptance of the general sales conditions

3.1. By placing the order in the manner provided, the Customer declares to have knowledge of all the information provided during the purchase process and accept the Terms of Sale. Molino Teeth reserves the right to vary the Conditions of Sale by notice in this website page. Applicable Terms of Sale are those prevailing at the time of order. Any change will be effective after the publication on the site.
3.2. The Customer, once the online purchase procedure, will print or save an electronic copy but keep these general conditions of sale, subject to the requirements of Art. 50 and following of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005 on distance selling.


4. Learn How to Buy

4.1. The Customer may only purchase products in the electronic catalog at the time of the order, viewable online at (URL) http://shop.molinodenti.it, as described in the relevant information sheets. 4.2. The products are offered at the price indicated on the site at the date when the order is executed. 5. Payment

5.3. Advanced Bank Transfer When paying by bank transfer, the sending of the order will only take place when the actual crediting of the amount due on c / c of Molino Teeth within 7 working days, past this deadline the order will be canceled. 6. Delivery methods and costs

6.1 Molino Teeth can only accept orders for delivery in the territories indicated in the options present within the order form. We do not accept shipments to PO Boxes.
6.2. For each order, Molino Teeth emitted from the material sent sales document, physically sending it to the address indicated during the registration process under Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and DL 52/2004.
6.2.1. For the issuance of the invoice, if required, shall be authentic information provided by the Customer. No change in the invoice or sales document will be possible after the issuance thereof.
6.2.2. Sales made by Molino Teeth are not subject to issuance of receipt pursuant to art. 2 DPR 696/1996. 6.3. Molino Teeth shall deliver the products ordered by the customer, by courier, at the same reported, within approximately 24/48 hours from acceptance of the order. Delivery is usually within 2 working days. The times given for the receipt of the goods are approximate and are out of the direct control of Molino Teeth.
6.3. The delivery costs are charged based on the rates indicated on the Website or communicated by Customer Service on the date on which it was sent the order. The courier company is fully responsible for the delivery of goods purchased. 7. Returns

7.1. Under Community legislation, if the customer is a consumer (ie a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity) has the right to terminate the purchase contract for any reason, without explanation and without penalty, except for the types of products for which this is expressly excluded and except as indicated in point 19.
7.2. The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 10 working days from receipt of product as follows:

7.2.1. The return of the product must take place within 10 working days from the date of authorization physical return.
7.2.2. The refund of the price paid for the purchase of the product does not include shipping charges, it is the responsibility of the customer wishing to withdraw from.
7.2.3. No returned goods will be accepted, if no return authorization.
7.3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

7.3.5. if the goods are damaged during transport, Molino Teeth will inform the customer (within 5 working days of receipt of goods in their stores), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement the value of the property (if insured); in this case the product will be made available to the customer for its return, while canceling the request for withdrawal;
7.3.6. Molino Teeth not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
7.4. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original, Molino Teeth will refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 30 days of return of goods, by bank transfer. The Buyer shall promptly provide to the bank on which to obtain reimbursement (Cod. Dell'intestatario IBAN of the current account of the invoice).
7.5. The right is lost, for lack of the essential integrity of the property (the packaging and / or its contents), where Molino Teeth finds:
7.5.1. the lack of external and / or internal packaging;
7.5.2. the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, parts, manuals, ...);
7.5.3. the product is damaged for causes other than its transport.
7.6. In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Molino Teeth will to its notice by registered A.R .; the product will remain available to the customer for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the date of dispatch of the registered letter. After that date the product will be deleted without further notice.


8. Guarantees

8.1. All products sold by Molino Teeth are covered by the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity. To use the warranty, the customer will keep the sales document you receive attached to the shipment.
8.2. The 24-month warranty applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided the product is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the technical documentation. This warranty is for private consumption (a person who buys goods for purposes not related to his profession). In case of lack of conformity, Molino Teeth provides, without cost to the customer, the restoration of conformity by replacement or termination of the contract.
8.3. In the event that, for whatever reason, is unable to make its customers a product warranty (repaired or replaced), Molino Teeth will proceed at its own discretion to refund the amount paid or to replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
8.4. No damage can be obtained in Molino Teeth for any delays in replacements.
8.6. In cases where the application of safeguards providing for the return of the product, the product must be returned by Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, accessories, etc.).

For the resolution of civil and criminal litigation arising from the conclusion of this sale contract, if the customer is a consumer, the local jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his town of residence; in all other cases, the local jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Reggio Emilia.
